I had a heart attack. Now I'm not allowed to run, do sports or anything related to physical exertion. This is very bad because I love sports. Tell me what you are treating? Is it possible to restore the body completely and go back to sports.

You can go back to the sport, but it won't be the same as before. Light jogging and no sudden movements.
Well, most likely if you had a heart attack with complications such as high blood pressure, you can't go back to sports. Of course it will be possible to allow minimal exercise, but it's obviously not running, maybe walking with a brisk step. At most some squats for a couple of sets. But it will be necessary to monitor your well-being. As soon as you feel that you felt bad or just worse than it was before the load you categorically should not continue this workout. My doctor prescribed me a lot of different medications and all sorts of vitamins and minerals for my heart. I won't even tell you what I was taking because it's been over three years and now I'm only taking two medications. I will not name them for safety reasons. You can read about heart attack treatment and pressure https://www.charityrx.com/drug/lisinopril. There is some good information there that is presented very well in simple human language.
