Hey, I am kinda stuck, after I managed to hear the radio tell me that Frank was mine, I can’t find a way to get him down, I ask Akram form help to no avail, when I get back to Frank‘s cell, the only 2 clickable option I can find are his head and penis… I can no longer leave the room, am I missing something or is it just a bug?

I don’t know what happened, but it did this twice after the update. Anyway now it seems to be fine, thanks
ok, apparently it was a bug, I started a new game, focused on Karl rather than Frank, and I saved him :)
