Each stage of the game allows you to freely explore a limited area, and along the way you may find items such as "pick-ups," "3D clue objects," "intelligence files," and more, all of which have different functions.

Some items will affect the plot, some items have clues to solve puzzles, and some items are purely for collecting for viewing.
